Ramazan Arslan was born in Antalya in 1996. He studied at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Communication, Radio, Television and Cinema department. He is currently doing his master's degree in the fields of Communication Sciences and Radio, Television and Cinema at the same faculty. He has written short film scripts, blog posts on some feature films, student short films, documentaries and video works. He works in the Shooting and Media team of Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Communication. He also served as the official president of the Faculty of Communication Cinema Club. He has received awards and selections at home and abroad with his short films.
