Ramazan Arslan was born in Antalya in 1996. He is doing his master's degree in Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Communication, Radio Television and Cinema and Communication Sciences. He has written short film scripts, articles on movies, student short films, documentaries and film works. He is working in Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Communication, Filming and Media team. He was also the official president of the Cinema Club of the Faculty of Communication. He has received awards and selections in Turkey and abroad with the short films he has shot.
