Based in SoCal, Dave grew up studying film on his living room couch and honing his craft on his dad's dinosaur of a computer. After graduating in 2020 with a bachelor's in media studies, he spent the next few years sharpening his skills as a writer-director until 2024, when he wrote and directed his first short film, "DOGMA", which starred his own dog. With his sophomore film, "RIGHT ON!" (2025), Dave tackled the subject of writer's block through a bold and stylized lens. A true cinephile at heart, Dave does not restrict himself to any genre or style, instead choosing to craft stories that spark reflection on values and ideals.
Filmed across over a dozen cities in Southern California, "RIGHT ON!" is about more than just writing - it's about courage. Picking up a pencil and putting lead to paper may sound trivial, but it's important to remember - success isn't defined by crossing the finish line, but by simply showing up and trying.
