RED SIGN: STREET ART ASK FOR PASSAGE
The reports of street performers in the city of Aracaju, capital of Sergipe, serve as a starting point for a discussion on "the right to cities", urban mobility and the so-called "judicialization of life", since these and other artists have been systematically persecuted and their activity is curtailed by municipal legislation in several Brazilian states, which is contrary to the freedom of artistic expression provided for in the Federal Constitution (Article 5, § 9).
