RADHIKA

Once every 12 years, when Jupiter is in Taurus and the Sun is in Capricorn, the sacred riverbanks of Prayagraj become the stage for the world’s largest spiritual gathering, Maha Kumbh Mela. Millions of pilgrims arrive, seeking purification, connection, and enlightenment.
Amid this ocean of humanity, a filmmaker encounters Radhika, a young trans whose innocence and devotion leaves a deep impression on her. But just as suddenly as she appears, she vanishes into the vast crowd.
What begins as a search for a lost connection soon turns into a journey of spiritual discovery. As the filmmaker wanders through the vibrant and chaotic world of the Kumbh; witnessing ancient rituals, meeting mystics, and immersing in the collective faith of millions. She begins to understand that the true magic of the festival lies not just in finding someone, but in what is found within.
