NFL Football veteran and founder of Black Dragon Productions Film Enterprises Quinn Early, was born In New York. He is an author, writer, director, film producer and an Alzheimer’s Disease Advocate. Quinn always knew that he wanted a career in the performing arts, and pursued that dream following his retirement from his 12 year National Football League career as a star wide receiver with the San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets. In 2010, Quinn was inspired by his mother Ann, who was herself an author/playwright to return to the performing arts. With all of his talent, transitioning to working in Hollywood was a natural progression for Early. Quinn started as an actor/stuntman, appeared in his first film in 2011 and has been working in the film industry ever since. When Quinn’s mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2008, Quinn became her primary care giver. She asked Quinn to have her book “Bryant Acres” published. Unfortunately, Ann passed away before Quinn could accomplish her dream. In 2018, Quinn had Ann’s book published and founded the Ann Early Intervention Foundation 501(C)3, which focuses on the early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other similar conditions. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the book are donated to the foundation. Quinn’s goal is to allocate funds raised by the foundation to help further the fight against the horrible disease that effects so many, and ultimately took his mothers life. In 2019, Quinn founded BDP Film Enterprises, LLC., has written, directed and produced many projects such as, Just Bake Cookies, The Shoulders of Giants, Into the Lions Den and, The Angel of Harlem. Just to name a few.
