Daniel Mart is someone who's always strived to explore new ways to express himself. At a young age, he did so through painting and poetry, and although he did enjoy doing that, it never brought him the satisfaction that he often sought. At the age of 8, Daniel first discovered acting when he received the role of a reindeer during his school's Christmas production "The Polar Express". Although he enjoyed the experience, he wouldn't come back to acting until he was 13 years old when his mother enrolled him in an acting summer camp at UM. Afterwards, he continued to pursue acting by taking classes and eventually interning at Area Stage Company as a stage hand and production assistant for some of their shows; however, he was let go in early 2016 due to differences between himself and some of the management staff. Despite this set back, Daniel went on to be a student intern at FIU's Theater Department under the guidance of Chris Gosslin, Geordan Gottlieb, BJ Duncan, and Tony Galaska. After graduating from Miami Killian Senior High, he decided to attend Miami Dade Community College where he was able to perform in many of their plays including Church and State, Warner Bros., and Luna Gale. Thanks to his professor Joshua Braun, Daniel was able to get a better grasp of what he truly wanted to do as an actor. Afterwards, he went went back to FIU to further expand his craft.
Since breaking into the film industry in 2013 in Cheese vs Pepperoni (2013), he has acted in several local South Florida short films, most notably Sick Minded (2019) and Lights, Camera, Disaster! (2019). Aside from short films, Daniel has also made appearances in some local web series and feature films such as Slimey (2021) and Treach (2020) respectively. He has also gone on to frequently collaborate with Jace Elton on projects such as S.H.E. (2021) and Electric Feel (2020) and Alejo Vega on Wiseguys vs Aliens and Hand of the Pharaohs (2020) to name a few.
In an attempt to expand his talents, Daniel started his own interview show aptly called An Interview with (2016). After having been inspired by many of the people he worked with, he began creating his own content with the first of these being his directorial debut The Deal (2019). Afterwards, he produce and starred in Churi (2019). Since then, under his production company DMart Productions, he has been attached to direct, write, and/or produce several project including Unwritten (2020), Silent Locale Cinematics (2018), Drew (2020), Corner (2021), Nothing Else Matters, and Spending Some Time Together.
