Psychosoma
One evening the artist Elias wakes up in a room he doesn't know. The room, bare and dirty, resembles a simple storage room.
The remarkable thing about the room is that Elias has furniture in it. They stand exactly in the same position as they stand in his apartment.
Wounded and powerless, Elias tries to find a way out of this basement. The only possibility is a locked door.
Again and again, Elias tries to get the door open - in vain.
After a while, competing against the weak body, Elias finds a way out of the dark room with new strength.

Lennart, born in 1999, started working in the film industry in the set management and lighting department. While working on international film projects such as Babylon Berlin, The Queens Gambit and TÁR, he started learning from his colleagues and writing scripts. He started his first short film project "Psychosoma" in 2022 as a director. After two years in March 2024, he finalized Psychosoma and is now ready to film new scripts of his.
With the short film "Psychosoma" I want to introduce the audience to the still taboo subject of mental health in a completely different way. We can not and do not want to offer any solutions because everyone has to work that out for themselves. We want to show that somewhere there is always hope and a light at the end of a gigantic cave.
