Director Biography - Abril Ruzmed

Abril Aidee Ruiz Medina, better known as Abril Ruzmed is a Mexican filmmaker, who began her career directing the short film "Los Seres del Monte", produced and exhibited at the first edition of the Mérida and Yucatán Film Festival. Later she worked for six years in the production of various feature films and television series in Mexico City. She is currently studying a Master in Cinematography at the MetFilm School in Berlin, Germany.
