Angie Lynch - Biography

Angie Lynch is a Creative Artist from Atlanta, Ga. Being raised in the south by New Yorker parents from Jamaica, Queens gave her a unique upbringing that represents in her work, as well as work ethic.

Angie utilizes her talent in the entertainment world through Music, Visual Arts, Video & Photography. After Graduating from GA Southern University with a degree in Broadcast Production, she worked for iHeart Radio briefly as a Production/Promotion assistant & then moved up to Show Producer & On-Air Talent in Savannah, GA.

Upon leaving Savannah & relocating back to Atlanta, Angie began to take on Freelance work as a Photographer & Videographer. She eventually established a production company, 'Iris Faction Media' in 2019. Since then Angie has worked extensively in the Atlanta area on various productions & also works with high profile clients, small businesses & brands to bring their visions to life through Event Management, Video & Photography.

Corey A. Burkes - Biography

Born in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York, and now residing in the picturesque town of Covington, GA, Corey Burkes is a multifaceted storyteller with a penchant for weaving captivating narratives. With two novels and a myriad of short stories under their belt, Corey’s literary prowess is evident. His journey into the world of film culminated with the completion of their debut short film, "Predawn," a testament to his evolving artistic vision.

A semi-animator with a Bachelor's degree, Corey seamlessly blends the written word with visual storytelling, creating a unique tapestry of tales that resonate with audiences. His passion for film was further ignited after a chance encounter with the legendary Steven Spielberg, whose words of encouragement propelled him towards a promising film career.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Corey cherishes the joys of family life, being happily married with children. His diverse experiences, both personal and professional, contribute to a rich and varied storytelling palette, making Corey a name to watch in the world of film and literature.

Director Statement

I have been writing stories since I was five years old. At no time in my childhood was producing a film on any budget inexpensive enough to tell a story visually as I would like. I feel as if I 'willed' technology to move forward to now where a movie can be shot with equipment in the palm of our hands, reviewed and edited within an blink of an eye. I hope to take my adulthood experience into this industry and still tell relatable and enjoyable stories. I was blessed to have the greatest cast and crew come together for Predawn. The world needs to know who they are.
