Kosiba Oshodi-Glover is a writer and filmmaker based in Phoenix, Arizona. Born a twin, and raised by her single Bostonian mother and traditional Nigerian father, Kosi draws a lot of her creativity from her unique and culturally-enriched childhood.
After graduating Arizona State University in 2017 with a degree in computer science, Kosi spent time in Florida as an IT consultant. There she learned lessons in love, family, and friendship that would change her outlook on life forever.
Moving back to Phoenix at the start of COVID, Kosi decided it was time to chase her dreams of becoming a filmmaker. She bought her first camera, went back to Florida to shoot her first music video, and the rest is history. In 2021, with help of her hometown friends and community, Kosi wrote, directed, and produced her first short film titled “Merry Litmas: an AZ Christmas movie”.
Kosi hopes to keep growing as a filmmaker and storyteller, meeting and connecting with inspirational people along the way, while inspiring others to be great and live their best lives.
"Stories are a way for us not to fell so alone in this world." - Kosi OG
