After years of estrangement, Ami returns to her recently deceased grandfather’s house. As she sorts through his possessions, she comes to reacquaint the man she had once cherished so deeply. When a neighbour informs her that her grandfather lived his final years in isolation and loneliness, Ami is overwhelmed with remorse. The chance to reconnect has gone. Instead, she finds a part of herself which she believed she had lost forever.

Molly’s dramas are centred around intense, emotional conflicts, and her documentaries have a social activism focus. Molly also works as a writer, assistant director, and producer and has extensive on set and development experience. She has worked for Michael Winterbottom and also completed an internship at the Ink Factory.
