Pogo is Bored Part 1.{ FAT }

Born in Uruguay and raised in Australia since the age of 3, I am a self-taught animator having enjoyed the art visually for many years. I was a late starter in the industry, not commencing my first animated short until I was 27 years old. Now having completed 5 short films with supported screening success in festivals with-in Australia and around the world, I am happy to be settled into the Animation industry. A love that will continue for many years to come.
Graduated in the arts of interior design.

- First animation, stop motion short (Cardioidosaurus) was completed in 1998 and presented to a small audience in Brisbane, Australia

*Premiered in Australia on ABC’s Rage in 1998 and a private screening in Brisbane, Australia.

- In 2010 the script, character drawings, clay models and teasers for the feature animated film (Barkoo’s Amerie) was put together. The film is still awaiting production.

- Second animation hand-drawn short (The Lamb) was completed in 2014.

*Premiered in Australia at the 2014 Melbourne International Film Festival.
*Premiered in USA at the L.A. Animation Shorts Film Festival in November 2014.

- Third animation hand-drawn, water colour short (Birds of a Feather) was completed in March 2016 and the first film collaboration with water colourist Scott Robson (Launceston, Tasmania).

*Premiered in Australia at the 2016 Melbourne International Film Festival.

- Fourth animation hand-drawn short (Mi Amore) was completed in September 2019 and the first film collaboration with actors; Ivy Fox O’Sullivan and Tom O’Sullivan.
