Pigneto
Pigneto is a popular neighborhood on the outskirts of Rome that has experienced significant transformation processes in recent decades. The documentary gives voice to and records the testimonies of those who have inhabited, carried out, or investigated this transformation. Through a choral portrait, we discover how the proletarian neighborhood depicted in Pier Paolo Pasolini's Accattone has become an alternative and bohemian space, at risk of gentrification.

David H. Falagán is an architect and a professor of architectural theory and history at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has authored numerous books and audiovisual projects focused on housing and urban studies.
Cinematic narrative is now an indispensable tool for the critical observation of the city, the recording of oral testimonies, and the construction of visual archives in the field of urban studies. My work aims to give voice to dissident and counter-hegemonic observations of urban dynamics.
