Perek's Telescope
The documentary introduces the largest Czech telescope and the largest Czech astronomer Luboš Perek. So it is no coincidence that this two-meter telescope is named after our main protagonist. Luboš Perek made an indelible mark in history as a man who helped to define space, the first to draw attention to the problem of space debris and was also a teacher to the most important Czechoslovak astronomers - for example Luboš Kohoutek and Jiří Grygar.
