Writer Biography - Dave Rosas

Based in San Bernardino, Dave grew up studying film on his living room couch and honing his craft on his dad's dinosaur of a computer. After graduating in 2020 with a bachelor's in media studies, he spent the next few years sharpening his skills as a writer-director until 2024, when he wrote and directed his first short film, "DOGMA", which starred his own dog. With his sophomore film, "RIGHT ON!" (2025), Dave tackled the subject of writer's block through a bold and stylized lens. A true cinephile at heart, Dave does not restrict himself to any genre or style, instead choosing to craft stories that spark reflection on values and ideals.
