Director Statement

To return to my college town and get the opportunity to create a ghost documentary for the historic Peerless Hotel was an absolute dream come true. I'm thrilled by the support of everyone involved and had so much fun exploring the haunting halls and creating this project. I can't wait to return again. Thank you to the ghosts and folks of the Peerless Hotel, and especially Amelia, may she never lose her haunting and whimsical sense of play.

Happy Hauntings,
John Alan Hulbert
