Artie Romero began his career as a producer at Everyman Studios in 1981. He founded the ARG! Cartoon Animation studio in 1994. In a twenty-month period spanning 2005-2006, the ARG! website Artie.com logged over one billion hits. Romero has screen credits on four feature films, numerous TV series and one PBS special, and his studios have produced tens of thousands of animations. In 2016, his production of Adventures of Turtle Taido was screened on Animation Day at Cannes Film Festival.

I really enjoyed working on Pedro at the Rainbow Bridge, especially the people involved. Although I lived in nearby Colorado Springs for much of my life, I never got to meet Pedro, but many, many local people loved him very much and he will be fondly remembered.
