Paul was born in the 60's in the UK and moved through the IT industry in England, through advertising in Singapore to film-making in Malaysia.

Now he owns a boutique film production house, and occasionally he gets the time, budget and resources to make short films. His third short film, The Returning, won several awards in 2017.

As a DOP he has shot several music videos for top ten national artistes, including Sheila Majid, Nik Qistina, Da Fam, Hunny Madu, Kayda and Radio 3000.

He is currently developing a feature length film based on more stories by the author Tunku Halim.
