Ben Caloza is a student filmmaker living in Southern California. Ever since he started learning to edit videos in the sixth grade, he has made a number of short films–both simple and complex, silly and serious. He is continuing to develop his skills and advance his craft in the Cinema Arts/Film program at his high school.
This film is my attempt to highlight some important action that has been taken by a small, local restaurant to help combat plastic pollution and, on a larger scale, global climate change. I believe this sort of effort doesn't get recognized enough, and I think the people of Paradise Cove deserve awareness and admiration for their actions.
