She directs, writes, and choreographs her work, merging cinema with movement to tell deeply personal, socially reflective stories. She is also acting in her author's movies made by her own hands.

Her artistic motto - "If there's no choreography in the movie - this is not my movie" - reflects a unique style where dance and physical expression are integral to the narrative. Richardi's movie often explore themes such like freedom, identity, dreams, desire. All the movies are in the different styles, like modern, classic, jazz, rock.
