Director Statement

Paid For is a story about redemption and the truth that forgiveness is never out of reach. Even when we give up on ourselves, love, light, and truth can still break through. Through intentional cinematography, restrained camera movement, and focused lighting, the film draws viewers into an intimate moment between two sisters and invites reflection on our own capacity for healing and redemption.
