Our Town is a short Documentary film about a public art project that took place in Nashville, Tennessee. An artist collective seeks to make a portrait of Nashville using the citizens of the city as artists themselves.

Director Biography - Doug Lehmann

Our Town is directed by Doug Lehmann, a director and editor working in Nashville, TN. Lehmann graduated from Watkins College of Art & Design's Film program in 2003.

His first 16mm short film Glyn Styler screened at the Nashville Film Festival in 2004, and his short film "Bass Pro Shop by CHET WEISE" Screened at numerous festivals in 2020 and 2021 including the ZEBRA Poetry Film Festival in Berlin, the Cadence Video Poetry Festival in Seattle, and the International Video Poetry Festival in Athens, GR.
