Orange Juice

Oranje Juice is a collage that invites viewers to join the director as she lives through the months she was lockdown in Florida. Due to the COVID, migration, and life, the only way to see the outside world was via the automobile windows; always a passenger, always an observer, always sipping from a windowille while driving through orange groves. A seemingly endless burden with a return path. A rich audiovisual collage featuring cellphone recordings, traditional frame by frame animation, and chroma on orange skin is accompanied by radio and television advertisements that encourage viewers to have a tasty orange juice.
