This is a project I've been working on for 2 years. I wanted to tackle the idea of grief in a way that was palatable to my mind as a highschooler while still handling the intensity of death and pain. I rewrote things multiple times until I got to a point I felt like if me and my friends were in the situation, it's how we would have genuinely handled it.
