Director Biography - Mickaël Ankri

After his very first personal project in 2001, a dystopian movie tackling with the forces of good and evil (Nekropolice), a new vision sees the light in Mickaël's eyes in 2012, under the name of HYPNOESIS (Sleep and Awakening).

As well as being a Great Work and a Breakthrough, Hypnoesis was completed with the collaboration of intuitive Italian musician Paolo Carnevali, who composed a groundbreaking soundtrack with stunning melodies. The feature length film, 5 years in the making, half-way between a music video and a transcendental experience, conveys a surreal depiction of the system, an alchemical fusion of thoughts, vision and perception through the world of corporations and advertisement. This project would later become the foundation of Mickaël’s Art Gallery in Pornic, a magical place called Wonderland.

This new type of Gallery Concept Space, where 3D images dominates the walls, will be the inspiration for producing this new music video project.

The key lies within us since the dawn of time, to access Wonderland... follow the White Rabbit...
