OFFSTAGE is a story about young people, a tale of their everyday life.
The protagonists narrate their relationship with dance by exploring its inner meaning in relation to their own souls, emotions, poetry as self-telling. An intimate dialogue with dance students that enters their lives and souls to the point of becoming an integral, formative and shaping part of their growth and personality.
Offstage thus becomes an introspective story of study, effort, joy and waiting until the moment before the curtain opens.
What happens after the show is a whole other story that will affect their lives as adults, as professionals.
Offstage is the reality before their future.

I like to explore an unprecedented Sicily made of a different language, focusing on "normal", almost "invisible" stories, to transform them, through a visual and emotional journey, into visual stories and visual poems, enhancing the places where the stories are really lived , thus seeking an unpublished tale of Sicily and the Sicilians ".
