O - Obsérvate is a poetic audiovisual journey towards a profound call to action: Obsérvate, which in Spanish means "Observe yourself", a call to observe yourself within the frame of your interactions with mother Earth and in terms of your impact on Gaia. Through an original work written by Spanish poet Agora Reix, the work explores concepts around the climate crisis and our relationship with the planet as well as our impact on the behaviour of the forces of nature. The concepts within the poem connect with many of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, as the poem emphasizes the impact of human activities in connection with the climate crisis and the need to create a more sustainable society, which includes a more sustainable food production process, more sustainable cities, more sustainable consumption by humans, regulating fishing practices, reversing man-made deforestation and bringing everybody together, through that call to action, "Observe yourself", to create strong global partnerships for a more sustainable planet
