Norseman - Human Endurance
Norseman is known to be the world's toughest triathlon. However, it is not a race where everyone necessarily are top athletes and runs with the intention of winning the race. This is a race where most people test themselves and their own limits.

Christer Fasmer is an award-winning director, cinematographer, and producer with more than 25 years of experience in documentary filmmaking. Throughout his career, he has worked on productions across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas, creating films that combine strong visual storytelling with intimate human narratives. His work is driven by a curiosity about people, resilience, and the forces that shape our lives.
I have always been drawn to being
challenged, both physically and mentally.
LESSONS I HAVE LEARNED:
What you consider to be a limit, is most
likely just a mental barrier that you can
work through.
We can usually do far more than we
thought possible in the first place.
Some people see themselves as invincible,
as super humans who can do anything.
However, body and mind have their clear
limitations, and seldomly you cannot do thing without the support of genuine people on your side.
When you are put under
extreme pressure, the results will speak for
themselves.
