Writer Biography - Mary Alexandra Stiefvater

Mary Alexandra Stiefvater is an award-winning screenwriter, author, actor and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Her work has appeared in The Stockton Record and Bibliophone. She has authored over 26 books. In 2020, one of her haikus, Home Sweet Home, was included in the Alan Nakagawa exhibit "Social Distance, Haiku and You" in collaboration with the Orange County Museum of Art. She has written and performed pieces for LA’s famed Rant & Rave and Theatre of Note's Marathon. Her poem, The Unknown, is part of the SAFER AT HOME Pandemic Collection through the LA County Library. She was featured in the book, La Route 66, Vue Par Les Frères Reitzaum and is herself a character in Matt Kruze’s The Coming Of The Storm. Her work has been performed on stage in the Scripts In Play series at the iconic Electric Lodge.

I became increasingly fascinated by the use of technology and VR in modern storytelling and after reading some interesting headlines recently, I was inspired to wonder what happens if technology has no limits.
