Christian Seibert is a director focused on character driven stories that balance emotion, scale, and a sense of discovery. Inspired by films like E.T. the Extra Terrestrial and Back to the Future, his work aims to entertain while creating meaningful connection.
He began his career in music as a touring guitar player, songwriter, and producer, creating music videos for artists while on the road. That early work shaped his understanding of rhythm, tone, and emotion, as well as his ability to collaborate under pressure and solve problems in real world environments. After founding The Eisley Company, he spent several years directing commercial, corporate, and music video content before expanding into on set visual effects and real time production, developing a hands on approach that blends creative direction with technical execution.
This path led to work on major film and television productions, collaborating on set with directors such as Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Shawn Levy, Peter Ramsey, Jake Kasdan, and Bryce Dallas Howard, experiences that continue to shape his approach to performance, tone, and large scale storytelling.
As a director, Christian has led commercial and branded campaigns including a collaboration between Universal and ESPN for the film Disclosure Day featuring Jaylen Brown, as well as a high profile campaign for MrBeast’s Feastables in collaboration with Nintendo featuring Keegan Michael Key. His work combines technical precision with strong creative leadership, bringing a clear vision to set while fostering collaboration across departments.
Christian continues to develop original film and television projects, focused on stories that connect, entertain, and stay with audiences.
No Code for This started as a desire to make something that felt like the films I grew up on. Stories that pulled you in, entertained you, and then left you sitting with something a little deeper. The ones that didn’t spell everything out, but trusted you to feel your way through them.
At its core, this film is about empathy, but not in a simple or idealized way. It’s about how easy it is to miss what someone else is carrying, especially when we’re caught up in our own perspective. I was interested in exploring what it really means to see someone clearly, and how that can shift the way we move through the world.
This project is also part of my process of continuing to define my voice as a filmmaker. I believe each of us has a perspective that’s entirely our own, shaped by our experiences in a way no one else can replicate. For me, storytelling is about learning how to express that honestly, and trusting that it might connect with someone else.
