Nicole Sell was born in Dayton, OH but grew up in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. She wrote her first short story when she was 8-years-old titled "Arizona". The writing bug bit her that year and it has forever changed her life.

When she graduated high school in 2008, she traveled around the United States to find her place in the world. With the help of one of her closest friends, she applied and was accepted into the New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA. She moved to California and studied both filmmaking and screenwriting.

Now in full pursuit of her writing career, Nicole has in pre-production a horror film titled "It Laughs like Us". She also wrote the award winning Screenplay for the Web Series titled "From Ashes".

Nicole is dedicated to telling stories of characters that people can relate to. Whether it be about a divorce, the loss of a loved one, or even just love in general.
