NOURISHMENT

NOURISHMENT is about making Apfelpfannkuchen with apricot jam, caramelized apples, and ricotta cheese (from scratch) on one Sunday morning during the pandemic. My grandma always used to make these thin German Pancakes with a little powdered sugar. I’ve been making short films related to prompts about COVID to keep as time capsules and to practice my storytelling, filmmaking and editing. I’ve been learning a lot about myself along the way through this reflection.
