NEON GLOWS

After a near-fatal incident at Tokyo’s Shibuya Crossing, global superstar Lisa begins to notice
patterns—crowds moving too perfectly, disasters unfolding too precisely. With her fiercely loyal
manager Maya, she uncovers PRISMATIC, a covert behavioral-engineering program funded by the
conglomerate HARMoney, led by the ruthless Adrian Krass.
As Lisa’s world tour progresses through Barcelona, Bangkok, and Singapore, each city becomes a
testing ground where human behavior is manipulated in real time. When a deadly encounter in London
exposes the system’s willingness to eliminate threats, Lisa shifts from target to opponent.
In Las Vegas, she confronts Dr. Harlow, the architect of PRISMATIC, whose belief in controlled order
begins to fracture. The conflict culminates at Coachella, where Lisa turns a mass crowd into a force of
human autonomy, disrupting the system in full public view.
But as the dust settles, it becomes clear: the system isn’t gone—it’s evolving. And Lisa, now embracing
her identity as “NEON,” prepares for what comes next.
