NEON - Pilot “ACCESS”
isa is a global pop phenomenon whose concerts unite tens of thousands of fans in electrifying, almost
synchronized experiences. To the public, her shows are the pinnacle of modern entertainment. To a
secret research initiative called HARMoney, they represent the perfect laboratory.
Through its covert behavioral analysis system HAR-M, the shadowy division PRISMATIC studies how
environmental signals, digital networks, and crowd psychology can influence large populations. Lisa’s
concerts become the ideal testing ground for this technology.
But the experiment begins to behave unpredictably. Instead of the audience responding to
PRISMATIC’s system, the system starts responding to Lisa.
As subtle manipulations intensify across her world tour, Lisa begins to sense that unseen forces are
observing and testing her. What PRISMATIC believed was a controlled experiment becomes
something far more dangerous: a phenomenon they cannot fully predict.
Within the system she is given a codename—NEON.
**** Each episode unfolds in a new global city, where real-time behavioral experiments turn live audiences into controlled environments—and the consequences become increasingly dangerous.
