Hey! I hope you're doing well.

This film, 'My Friends', appeared one late summer night when I watched Andrew Bujalski's 'Funny Ha Ha'. Watching it, I realized that I could make a movie, a real feature film, about myself and my friends, our thoughts and feelings, and it wouldn't be laughed off and cast aside because we were young. Watching Andrew's film gave me the energy to write a script that I could turn into a movie, made by, and starring, my friends. And that’s exactly what we did.

This film, like all films, is a labor of love, and I am so proud of it. I’m proud of the product, I’m proud of the hard work we put into it, and I’m so incredibly proud of my friends for helping me make it happen.

So, I hope you watch it and I hope you like it. And I hope it makes you think of your friends.
