Director Statement

I had been thinking of producing a documentary about my dad for many years. I love my parents dearly. They're the most important parts of who I am, and I wanted to capture my father's story in his own words. Seeing as how I’m in the film industry, I knew I was the one to do it. I was fortunate to work with talented filmmakers (and sisters) Sydney and Merissa Daley. Together, they are Acorn Elements Productions. Their artistic creativity and technical proficiency helped to shape this movie into what it is.

I needed to make this film - for myself, for my father and for my father's grand children and great-grandchildren who might one day inquire about their legacy. Thank you for watching and I hope this inspires you to appreciate the ones you love.

Please enjoy.
