The Bomar Brothers, Dean Lee Bomar (20) and Grant Lee Bomar (18) have been making films since the ages of 10 and 8. Grant has matured as a director through a series of unique indie projects supported by Dean's imaginative cinematography. Born in Scottsdale AZ, and based in Austin, Texas, their films have been featured in festival selections and won awards across the country and internationally. They also produced films out of Atlanta, Georgia for a decade. They are currently attending film school in Austin with a split residency between ATX and ATL.
I made this film when I was 16, it is an experimental look at the formation of one’s own personal identity, and the implications of artificial intelligence and draws a comparison between the reflections of humanity AI shows us with those we draw from the camera and recordings.
