Ronit is a Mumbai based writer filmmaker whose debut film was released on Amazon Prime (US & UK) in 2019. He has been honing his filmmaking skills since 2012 in an attempt to make a one-man-film-crew out of himself.
He is continuously working towards becoming a full-time author and filmmaker.
The seeds of this idea began to sprout when I was having a really difficult time at work. I made this film within a few days, shooting in my room using old, substandard equipment. I wanted to simulate my experience of isolation, un-inspiration, and existential dread through this film. We truly are going through some tough times, and I hope that when in the future people look back at these times, my film will be one of those considered as an authentic portrayal of the 2020 lockdowns.
