Director Biography - Felipe Godoy

Experimentado productor con sólida trayectoria en logística, comunicación, producción audiovisual y medios.

Guionista ganador de la edición 20 del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia con su obra Visiones infantiles. Miembro del Consejo evaluador de FOCINE para Apoyo a la postproducción de largometrajes y cortometrajes en 2023.

A través de la marca Espanto: fábrica de monstruos, imparte el taller Prostéticos de Látex y su aplicación en caracterización en colaboración con el departamento de Cine de la Secretaría de Cultura del Estado de Michoacán.

Es Productor del festival mexicano de cine de horror ANIMAL Film Fest y contribuye activamente en el consejo técnico de la Red Michoacana de Festivales de Cine. Se desarrolla en el área de logística y cuentas dentro de la agencia Es Modelos y funge como productor general en Magic, logística y eventos.

Actualmente produce Visiones infantiles y promociona su cortometraje Muevecosas, que se encuentra en ruta de festivales de la mano de la productora ROT Movie Makers.

Experienced producer with a solid background in logistics, communication, audiovisual production, and media.

Winner of the 20th edition of the Morelia International Film Festival with the screenplay "Visiones infantiles”. Member of the FOCINE Evaluation Council for Support for the post-production of feature films and short films in 2023.

Through the brand Espanto: Monster Factory, he conducts the "Latex Prosthetics and their Application in Characterization" workshop in collaboration with the Film Department of the Secretaría de Cultura del Estado de Michoacán.

Reanudamos la realización cinematográfica con una historia simple que tenía décadas guardada, algo breve con dos personajes, que conjugara el misterio y la soledad; con un crew pequeño y el equipo que tenemos al alcance. Jugar a hacer cine de nuevo, en casa y en familia. Con el pretexto de retomar la cámara para contar historias de nuevo.

We resumed filmmaking with a simple story that had been stored for decades, something brief with two characters, that combined mystery and loneliness; with a small crew and the equipment we have at our disposal. Play at making movies again, at home and with the family. Under the pretext of taking the camera back to tell stories again.
