Monument Days

The documentary shows the value of the monuments as a medium to teach the students and the public about the history of the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country. It is a journey of a war veteran named AKB Kumar, who built a monument to commemorate the martyred soldiers and lives there with his family. The film explores the importance and preservation of such neglected monuments around us and also conveys the history and national security.

Ebin Raj Maliakal is an independent documentary filmmaker from Kerala, india.His notable films are Green Line, Novel Life, Madhuram Ninte Jeevitham, Lokame Yathara. He won Kerala state television award and Film fellowship. His films are screened and awarded in many international film festivals world wide. He did his masters in Electronic Media and television Production.
