Mon Orage
"Mon Orage" is a simple and poetic visual experience, a moment of reflection on the importance of spending time with those who are dear to us, a celebration of the friendships and loves that emerge in our lives and can change everything, an invitation to remember the people who have counted for us or the moments that have marked our existence...

ENGLISH (FRENCH FOLLOWS):
The creation of the short film "Mon Orage" followed a haiku-inspired process. The central question was: how can we create the most visually simple film to support the song, with the core idea that everything will inevitably fall apart because we all grow old, and we need to make the most of every second. So, I came up with this idea of a face-to-face meeting with a character looking at you and thinking while he/she is getting old. The goal was to make things as simple, touching, and meaningful as possible, while staying within a very limited budget. We chose an Unreal Engine-based solution, using a video game character that I animated with mocap and whose gaze I programmed. The band and I were really happy with the result.
