Fearing that the border patrol will come and take him and his siblings away, like he saw happening on the news to immigrant families. Director Statement

My name is Austin Foxx and I’m 15 years old. Mom is a great story of love, family and working together to overcome tragedy. It is because of stories I saw on the news about families being separated, that I wanted to write this short film. It gives me an opportunity to give a kids perspective on families being torn apart, the affects that drug abuse has and what the media can do to a young child’s way of thinking.
