Alexandra Jimenez - CEO and Project Manager at BAST Animation. Honduras director and producer. Producer in the animated feature film "Ariana en el Mar de Nubes" (in pre-production) of BAST Animation Studio. Director, producer and screenwriter in the animated short film "En la Tercera Repisa" (in development) of BAST Animation Studio.

Osman Barralaga - Founder and Creative Director at BAST Animation. Honduran director and producer. Teacher in Fine Arts at the National School of Fine Arts in Honduras. 2D/3D animator, illustrator. Director in the animated feature film "Ariana en el Mar de Nubes" (in pre-production) of BAST Animation Studio. Director Statement

Alexandra Jimenez - I wanted us to show what the world is for a little girl when her parents struggle and through the colors that are shown through the short, you can see that's the hope sprouting for their family.

Osman Barralaga - I wanted to capture the innocence of a little girl by telling her class how she inspired her parents. The essence of the short film is the girl and her determination to inspire her parents to succeed.
