Sepehr Rezaei (SEPREZ), born 1990 in Iran, is a Tehran-based filmmaker and cinematographer known for intimate documentaries and experimental short films. From his teens at the Youth Cinema Association, he refined his vision through visual experiments, earning a photography degree from Tehran University of Art & Architecture. Versatile as director, cinematographer, and editor—at ZARRINKELK Animation Studio—he assisted on "Things You Don't Know" (Fardin Sāheb-alzamāni). His indie short film "Zippo" (2009) earned Filums Festival youth selection; Global honors include Best Cinematography for "Adventure of Fragrance" (South Film & Arts Academy, Chile 2020). Also shot "Old Man and the Sea" (Nahid Rezaei, 2017). Recent "The Story of a Campaign" (environmental doc, Lift-Off screenings) underscores his documentary focus. Upcoming "Metropolis Version 1.1" (2026) probes dystopian digital realms, hinting at Noir- surreal Genre.
