Yixin ZHANG,Filmmaker graduated from The National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts, known for observational emotionally restrained storytelling. Her film focuses on women's strength and social vulnerable groups. roots in non-fiction, now expanding into narrative cinema.
Her debut feature, Singing for Silence (in production), 7 years with a children’s choir in hearing-impaired community.
Mega Foundry explores the symbiotic relationship between humans and the objects they produce. Technological evolution propels the prosperity of creations, urban life, wealth, commerce, trade, innovation, and invention course through the expansive river of materialism. humans serve as both contributors and casualties, creating objects that document, possess, and, in turn, shape human existence
