Hannah is a recent graduate from film school and first-time director.
Mars tells the universal story of the internal and external challenges of self-acceptance, the effects of masculine pressures on men both young and old, and of the importance of human connection. It's a film about feeling like an alien in your environment, and the comfort found in learning that somewhere else might feel more like home.
