Raimondo Studio is a production and creative studio in Little Rock, Arkansas, dedicated to storytelling that celebrates heritage food and farming through film and cookbooks. Margie Raimondo, an accomplished author, filmmaker, and chef with deep roots in Sicily and Campania, passionately explores the intersections of food, agriculture, and farming.
Her transformative experience living on farms in Italy inspired her to share the stories of Sicily's remarkable people, family traditions, and landscapes. In her film, *L’anima della Sicilia* (The Soul of Sicily), she captures the resilience of local farmers as they navigate climate change, the loss of biodiversity, and food insecurity, all while embracing their rich traditions.
Margie has authored two cookbooks on Mediterranean cuisine: "Mangiamo" and "Finding Your Path." Additionally, she writes blogs focused on farming and food production.
Alongside her partner Chris, Margie has cultivated a small urban farm and kitchen, embodying her passion for preserving farming traditions and food preservation. Through Simply Sicilian cooking and canning classes, as well as engaging farm workshops, she empowers others to connect with the land and its heritage.
