Hi,
Many Keys - The Heartbreak Monologue is derived from the larger piece "A Distance from Avalon - when the Dying and the Dead Reunite", which I have written as a screenplay, stage play, and novel.
This 5-minute piece is a character study of the female lead character of Heartbreak and also aims to present the "mood" of the story. It's a short film unto itself while also serving as a proof-of-concept for the full film screenplay as well as a book teaser and stage play teaser.
I'm very happy with the work of both our actress Jessica and our DP/Editor Tim.
Thanks for your consideration!
