Director Biography - Behdad Esfahbod

Behdad Esfahbod is an Iranian-Canadian Software Engineer prominently known for his work on Open Source projects. He is interested in photography and documentary / narrative film-making exploring mental health and the human condition.

During 2020 and 2021 I suffered from severe Bipolar mania. In this short narration I retell my story, in the hope to inform others and make mental health more visible.
