Mateo has the goal to get the world's most expensive medicine in order to save his brother's life, Luca, who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). To achieve it, he will need to win a race against time.

Director Biography - Alejandro Partida

Alejandro's work is full of emotions, visual metaphors, smooth camera movements and carefully composed frames. His passion for storytelling goes back to his childhood, when he drew comic books in a notebook replicating his favorite movies.

He has worked as a writer / director and occasionally cinematographer in commercial, corporate and documentary productions. He started his narrative filmmaking career with his short "Frequency", which was shot from confinement with a crew of three people during the quarantine period in the city of Monterrey, Mexico in the year 2020.
